Believe it or not, I don't get any complaints. I really wouldn't care if they did, if you don't like it then move!! My neighbor across the street is always working on stuff on his driveway as well. Between the two of us we are the go to guys for fixing things around the house.
To keep the HOA happy everything goes back inside at the end of the day...
