I returned two sets without reciepts, allthough the second set I never recieved replacements and that was over a year ago. The first set after waiting 3 months I finally called and they said yeah they are sitting here, there is a number mix up and they just didn't get sent. I suspect my second set and maybe the reciept issue has something to do with the fact that superwinch is no longer making them and who knows if they have any stock piled.
