Galen, Thanks I got the truck in 1972 for 100.00 it was yellow and It was my daily driver for several years. I found the nine point star under the paint that I was told came from the CCC out of Montana.When my son was about 12 we tore into the truck and compleatly dissasembled it and it started it's long haul back to one piece.
Just remembered a trip out of the Salmon river back in the day. Broke a piston and it started to smoke real bad. We had been camping and had some Wesson cooking oil so I poured that in along with some water into the crankcase and drove it home.That was one of four engines that I know were in it.
