All metal was new,welded everything together.
Then used a wire wheel on a 4" grinder.Then wiped down with paint thinner. was alot of brown dirt, repeat another wipe down,dried.
then 3 coats rustoliem primer, then 2 coats gloss black. hope this helps Bill
