there are 2 ways to look at value. the value to the owner, and the value to the buyer. we have all seen trucks where the seller thinks he has axles that are worth a thousand dollars each, when in reality the truck is just a rust bucket and will end up in the scrap yard. on the other side; we all hope to fall into the mint truck that was stored 50 years ago in a barn and is selling for a few hundred dollars. the original swivels were limited in production and steve swan has sold a few.he may disclose price and he may not. ultimately, the swivel is worth whatever you are willing to pay. as far as my reproduction swivels go, the laws of supply and demand will prevail over anything else. dan mininger
