Looks like the brake pedal pivots on the clutch pedal shaft?

The same pivot bracket as earlier models? Or at least a similar bracket for that pivot. Bolts to bell housing. Looks like barely any room to get the brake pedal past the starter etc?

But that higher pivot would put the push rod up inside the frame.

The number for the older bracket is 921-686. Anybody got a newer parts book, to check if the same part is used, post '67 ?

Then it would also take a longer clutch pedal pivot shaft, and moving a clutch 'lever' closer to the tranny. Then saw the pedal off, flip the lower end over, re-weld it a few inches shorter. Then proceed to my master cylinder bell-crankery.
