Well unless the 9 1/4 or 9 3/4 isn't a drop
out then yes this is a hexagon shaped
rear cover with bolts to take it off. My
understanding is that all the dodge rearends
in this matter werer dropouts. Also it
isn't that rare to see a truck with a D60
rear that has 5 lugs. The sixties cars had
them all the time with 440's.
Oh and on the pass side of the dash just below the glove box is a chrome lettering
that says "custom". The only other identitys
are the decal right in front of the door on
the front fender that just says "Power Wagon"
No stripes just the decal in black. The truck
is burgundy with a large black side section.\
The bottom line is I need someone who can
decode 13 digit vin numbers of the seventies.
Annnnd....once I do that then I need to find
out how many of these configurations were
made that year.
