Last night's History's Mysteries told the story of the B-24 lost in the Libyan desert. When found in 1960, the army went there to investigate. They brought with them a dual wheel M37. They had great film of the truck loading a plane and cruising around the desert. On clip was filmed from the cab as the truck was driving across the desert. They also showed a carryall at a base during the war and I think a power wagon used by the geologists who found the plane. I should have been in my garage fixing my truck, but I couldn't resist. I figured there would be some and there was.
