it is alot of work to put chev v8 in .my wc 54 ex ambulance has had v8 in it since 1964.with 4.89 gears and transfer case from a 6x6 it will out run out clime and out pull any flat head.i had 3 flat heads before the v8s.my jgg can be seen in july PWA 1997. pictures were near MT st helens.
