I looked at this PW the other day. It is truly rough, but the frame is good with no serious problems as far as I could tell, except a little section about 1"x6" torched out of the middle x-member. The only sheetmetal usable on this one is the hood and grille shell. Cab is likely shot (much holing around w/s and beltline), surviving running board is shot, front fenders very rough, may be repairable but probably shot. I don't know how rare replacements are, so don't know if it's worth it to fix the fenders. This PW has had a very hard life, had some sort of very heavy boom on the front once, with angle iron welded everywhere between fenders and frame and huge lugs on top of the fenders. Lots of stuff welded to frame here and there, then cut off. Lots of hamfisted torch usage evident, but no holes in important things except as noted above. This one is a big project, folks. But, as was noted by someone here, it could be a good parts truck.
