Yep !, you've ruined a door.The friction heat warped em good huh? Get a old junk door off a car then reduce your blasting pressure to about half and keep moving away from your point of begining as in the widest circle possible not trying to remove all the paint in one pass.Imagine trying to remove lite pencil marks from a piece of rice paper,work with lite sweeping strokes.Concentrated blasting at high pressure will warp sheetmetal due to the quick heat buildup.
Had you settled for just taking off the rust instead of stripping them bare,your doors might have survived.Sometimes leaving a thin layer of old paint makes for a good bonding surface for primer or new paint.
