I have a program called gaurd dog which is about 1&1/2 years old ( out dated ) that alerts you by barking or growling when you are about to recieve a cookie and you can refuse it. if you refuse it some web sites won't allow access. so you can accept it and delete it later. the program also lets you know when any personal info is being accessed. most virus protection progtams have options like this, try McAffee anti virus products
