Try jacking the rear up and leaving it overnight. Bleeding it first, then the front. If you still have air, beg, borrow, or appropriate a power bleeder. Ive worked on a few trucks with those types of boosters and with the system torn down that far they can be a bear to bleed. I would try that before you start replacing parts. Good luck!
