Just to let those of you know who are interested in this and other types of similar sales. I live in this area of Missouri and they(GSA) have been conducting these auction for the last few years. Most of the vehicles are cannibalized and missing a lot of parts which makes them inoperable. You have to remember how old these vehicles are and that they have been sitting around in the government agenciesl yards most of them outside for years and are regarded as junk. Around here they were owned by the Civil Defense, Forest Service, Dept of agriculture and other such type of agencies. I have been to the sales before and you can aquire some parts such as axles and springs but usually the bodies are ate up and many many small parts are missing even complete engines, trans and transfers. Very few collectors are parts hounds publicly bid on these vehicles, it is usually local scrap and junk people and the prices are relativly cheap. Anyway the supply here in Missouri is just about exhausted and I seriously doub
