Thanks for the info that is a lot of research.I have a question or two if you can help.How long is a typical 318 from the flexplate (a dimension I am forced to go by)to the front of the engine(pulley)The width and height of the 318?
If a manual 420 is used with an a aluminum bellhousing, for on road use only,(as a tow vechile) in your opinion would it be OK?
Can I apply the info on your post to the flatfender PW as well as the M47? I will prob. have more questions but can't think of any right now. Thank you. MM
