Help Identifty This Truck!!!!

I have located a early 1940's Powerwagon. I posted this just before the forum change. A person by the name of Gordon responded but I do not have his address.

The info I have is Vin or frame number 81518210, Under hood number 4190-31809
Parts list number 1152, Maintenance manual number 1153.

The truck has an open cab with bucket seats,
a pickup style box that looks similar to a M-37 box.

All in very good shape with no or very little rust. What is this truck and is it a desirable PW? The motor is out.
