Be careful by these other guys stating that all of the 72-93 parts are interchangable. They are not. They are very similar, but every two years or so Dodge would make a slight change, and suddenly it's a battle to make a simple parts change. It dependes on which parts you need to swap out.
Another correction, the 78 model year is not identicle to the 79, the 79 and 80 are the same, the 77 and 78 are the same, 81-84 are the same, 75 and 76 are the same, and just avoid the 73-74's as they were changed during production so often that they are poor choices for specific parts.
The Power Wagon name was used into the 80's, when it was changed to Powr Ram.
