I recently ordered a bed for my '41 WC-40 from Mack Products in Moberly, Missouri. Upon receiving it the shipper had forked through the bottom of the crate in 2 places and damaged 3 out of 4 pieces. I was sick! I called Mack and they said to get with the shipper and work something out. They gave me the normal run-around and when they didn't show up for the pick up I called and learned they were NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. Long story short Mack Products made it right and I now have my new pieces for my truck.
Like most people I'm guilty of not telling about good experiences with vendors or dealers. I saw in an earlier post someone asking about them and I can say I'm completely satisfied. Quality of stuff is excellent. I ordered bedside "blanks" but they said they would do any holes you wanted just give them detailed measurements. Kevin in Ohio
