Hi everyone - got the PW home on Sat. No problems at all. I used a 16' 3ton landscaping trailer (it was new) that didn't sag at all. Electric brakes on all 4 tires handled beautiful. Had the tires on the trailer and the back tires of my truck up to max inflation. We drove the truck on the trailer nose first and positioned it so there was not too much tongue weight but not too much weight in the back. It does take a little forward/reverse positioning, but taking our time to position it right and tie it down properly REALLY pays off (took us 1.5 hrs to do it). On the highway it handled GREAT - kept the speed down to around 55mph with hazards on in the far right lane. Everyone just went around me and even got a few honks and waves! Stopped every 40-50 miles to check tires and tie downs. Stopped for lunch midway to let tires cool and truck rest. Tires were not too hot to the touch. Got the truck home, off the trailer and got to know my "new" truck! It went great.

I want to thank everyone for their advice, support, and "critizism". It verified that I was doing the right things properly and safely and gave a day my son and I can talk about for times to come. I will be posting pics of my truck ('65 PowerWagon) soon. Guy (NH)
