I think that the guy who made the Power Wagon badges, Matt, also made the early Dodge. I may be wrong, but you could check with him.
I am not aware of VPW making any reproductions. I have a used one up for sale.
The attached image is the 41-47 2wd badge with the 46-63 Power Wagon badge. As you can see they look much the same, but the size is way off.
