A Cummins B3.9 will fit like a glove. A 5.9 will require cutting the firewall and making a dog house under the very roomy dash. The Allsion is a long tranny, it would at best require moving the T Case back and then you may have drive shaft issues. With upmost confidence, the B3.9 is all the Cummins you ever need in a PW/M37 or WC.
