Yet another kludge, but elegant in its way, would be to hook the two wiper motors in series, assuming you have two motors. My sno-cats only have one, but I think all the trucks have two. All kinds of strange things might happen depending on how equal the loads on the two of them are, but you can't beat it for simplicity and it just might work. I've seen some old wiper motors that had the ground wire brought out separately. Others are grounded internally so you'd have to isolate the ground out of the "high side" motor.
