Hi Steve,
No...not the top of the frame...the side of the frame has a bulge in it that effectively moves the steering box further towards the LH side by about 3/8" or so. I think the box has a different bolt pattern as well...although that would be fairly easy to remedy.
I have a frame I can send you a picture of tomorrow.
