Annual cow slaughter at my brother's this Sat. We'll let it hang for a week then process it the following Sat as family event. It's only going to be a high of 18 on Saturday and cold next week so it should be nice and firm. What did you think of Tim's greasy new truck? You making it to Iowa this year? Have a good one.
