I´ve seen a few over the years. Neither one of the two trucks above will sell. I didn´t get a chance to look at the second one as they had it in the shop for some carbuertor work. They were just as adamant about not selling as the other fellows wife. It belonged to their grandparents who bought new from the dealer here, who since have passed away. But we did make friends and I told them I could maybe help with parts from the states if they needed any and right off the bat they said they need the drive shaft for the winch. I got a lead on what may be either m37s or I hope wms or wdxs but it is a day´s ride away and I probably won´t be able to go check it out till next week. The trucks were famous here in the coffee fields, they are suited for the rugged terrain and steep mountains and are probably sitting somewhere on farms waiting to be discovered. What happened was fuel went thru the roof and they subsidized the diesel and about the same time japan flooded the market with cheap landcruisers and offered a diesel so the JEEPONS as they called the flat fenders and the Willys went by the wayside..
