Turn switch on, have somebody stand behind the truck and holler if the lights come on, while you wiggle and hit various things up behind the dash board. Could be your switch getting intermittent or could be other things. If you suspect the brake switch, pull the connectors off the M/C and jump them with a piece of wire. If other lights are out too, though, it's something else. Check fuses, of course. If a fuse is blown, find out why or it will blow again. Most likely bare or worn-through wires somewhere grounding out on something.
