Technical Operations Manager
Work schedule: Mon-Fri
Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Operations, this position provides leadership to assigned employees (Customer CommTechs, System CommTechs, Technical Coaching, Supervisory and Administrative Support) within a designated Field Management Area. This individual will create and promote an environment of professionalism, quality, commitment and effectiveness. The successful candidate will provide leadership to assure cost control, employee, and customer satisfaction. This individual must be change focused, and support and embrace the cultural values and vision of the Region.
Monitor performance measurements to support a high level of customer service and profitability. Assure that in-house teams are working in a high quality, yet efficient manner, meeting or exceeding all budgeted expectations.
