I had duals on one, they were offset just enough so the tires didn`t touch but the outside diameter of the brake drums had to be turned down in order for the inside tire to clear the drum. I kinda like the looks of the duals on the ff but you would have to put overload springs to carry the load duals could carry and that may be a tad stressfull on both the frame and the axle. Just my two cents though. This was my 47. I used it in construction and would park on the job and just keep filling it up with the debree from the construction and then drive it to the dump. It had a steel frame flatbed with a wood floor and wood stake sides. I never weighed a load but piled it sky high. She had a 230 and 4.89s as it came that way originally and originally had 7.50 x 16 but I changed to 900s. She never flenched. I had some pics somewhere, painted her beige. Drove it too Florida and was gonna ship her down here, and left it at a friends nursery in Orlando while I was trying to get things together. Low and behold somebody stole her off from the nursery lot. So if anyone sees a wdx flatbed dually with the frame cut off behind the rear crossmember that truck belongs to Clueless.
