I have transacted a significant amount of money through Paypal and it has been relativley uneventful. They did freeze my account once because they couldn't figure out where all these lockers were going :-) But, that was easy to take care of.
And, they got suspcious of a buyer and reversed the transaction. It was the buyer's fault for not properly filling out their paypal account info.
It beats the heck out of checks! As a seller and a buyer.
And, their security is excellent! Too good at times..
