Retaining Nut

I'm just now putting the pinion back into my rear end and need to know a couple torque specs. The first one I need is the retaining nut that pre-loads the outermost bearing. You know, the one that people always beat in and out with a punch and hammer. If I had to guess it would be snug minus 1/4 turn.

Lastly, the nut that holds the yoke on and everything together. What's a good torque for that? Tight or mega tight?
