Undo all the cab bolts, unhook the wiring and any other bits and pieces, remove floor boards and trans cover and tip the cab over backwards. If you have the bed on it cover the front edge with carpet or similar and as the cab goes over, the floor opening comes up past the steering wheel. As for fixing the steering, you can remove floor on driver side, undo bolts and pitman arm and pull the box with wheel attached out the drivers door. A bit fiddly but it works. Wheel is supposed to have a retaining nut - so probably need a new shaft and wheel or a change-over box and new wheel.
