I cant help on all the different chains. But be sure when you cut your wearing Chain Saw Chaps, Chain Saw Gloves. They are design to snarl the chain and stop it in the event of body contact. Buy OSHA approved, then you know its not some imported junk. Also wear hearing and eye protection and a hard hat, and steel toe boots.

Up here in the Mts, I have so many friends that have had terrible accidents in the woods with chain saws.
