Not really, the piece is 32000 sq. ft., but I would only part with 10000 sq. ft.(as I love it up there and want to finish my house in Jaco rent out the apts. and move up in the mountain, this is big enough for two houses, or one house and nice yd.. My house in Jaco is on 4800 sq. ft.(another piece in Jaco, 4 blocks from the ocean). I would sell the 10000 sq. ft. for $40000 and maybe consider selling half 16000 sq. ft. for $60000.
