There is a circuit running from the big fuse box to the ECM, providing battery voltage at all times. It is interrupted between one connector I tested and the ECM. The problem seems to be isolated to about 4 feet of harness.
When I say the problem, the lack of battery voltage at the ECM. There may be another problem.
