Clean everything. Unlock the ring gear bolt nuts and retighten, they are probably loose. Adjust all the bearings, gear backlash, and don't worry about it. You'll get a lot of miles and use out of it, it's not worn that bad and the surface of the teeth are smooth. I can show you some sets a lot worse that are still being used, that don't produce gear noise. Use some STP with the oil.
