I have a 7.3 in my 2001 E450 ferd box truck Like paul says, My vote is for the fuel gelling. I would change the fuel filter and put in the 911 in it. My truck was running crappy today also. Its cold here in CT also. On my truck the fuel lines are very long and gets cooled by the wind while driving. Its a 14 foot body so its a long wheel base. My fuel pump is on the frame rail exposed as well. So I have to make sure that truck has plenty of anti gell in it.
