i AGREE WITH PAUL IN COLD WEATHER you have a fuel problem there things happen when its cold to dieisl one the fuel in real cold turns waxie and gels up > second water ,it come from condensation as most desil engines return warm fuel to the tank from the engine the creates a condesation problem in the tank over a peroid of time quite a bit a of water bilds up > all so if you have daul tanks and manual tranfer switch be sure it is position corectly > last but not least air > air can enter the fuel system on the suction side and cause "hay wire behavior " dont open the engine if it ran when parked something has changed > add kerosine to fuel helps waxing and i dont know if you have drains on filters and tanks > but i would change the filters and thats all other than add like paul suggests ~ Copey and avoid kenny rogers
