Thats also interesting, think I'll go out side and look to see. if there is a date code it would provide a little more info on the history of this old truck. the numbers on the tire read....d39t4364 next to the bead, and then out on the side wall is 1934aret, and you are correct, they are Fire-years, the carcass is a GY and the cap is FS. make anything of the numbers?
