You just need a correct URL that ends (99% of the time) in .jpg or .jpeg
This is the URL I used to make the picture above show up:
http://www.tailgaters.ca/images/2006showwinners/B1-TG2006%20101.jpg
Note it ends in .jpg
Check around your picture hosting site for a link to use. Or click on the picture in your album with the right mouse button and choose something like view image. Once you have just the image on your screen you should be able to grab that URL out of your location bar at the top of the browser, and paste that into the image link on the forum.
