Just an old photo on ebay for sale. He shouldnt have put such a big size on ebay to begin with. Anything that goes on the web can be had by anyone. Nothing illegal about it.

Copyright or ownership?

I can take any one of your awesome photos you have here right off the web. I can print it out and put it on my wall. Nothing illegal about that. You probably wouldnt know or could do anything about it. If I started selling them as my own then you may have a leg to stand on as far as copyright problems. Even then you would first have to send a letter telling the person to stop selling your photos. If you would try and sue for your cut of the profits you would first have to prove just how many pictures of yours that person sold. We had someone take our art work for our Dodge Charger club t shirts off the web site one year and suddenly another car show was producing shirts with our copyrighted picture on them. Luckily it was an online service and they shut the operation off as soon as I contacted them. It was some time before I even knew what was going on. It would have cost thousands of dollars in lawyer fee's just to inquire about what was going on and try and pursue any $$$$. Come to find out there were not many shirts even sold. I would have spent thousands to get my cut cut of profit on 33 shirts.

Another thing you should also keep in mind is using exact logo's and trademarks from Chrysler. They have been in the past very touchy with their logos on other things without licensing. The question would be if your logos on your pictures are violations. Another question is how much money are you making? If you start selling 250,000 of your calenders I guarantee you will get Chryslers attention.

If you are really concerned about your photos then you should clearly watermark them when they go on the web for people to view.
