There is a special kind of super glue made just for glass. Don't know how visible it would be. Regular super glue does a great job initially, but then completely falls apart within a year or so. Sorry, I don't know about the gaskets. I would probably cut my own. If you don't want to take it apart you could use the "sensor-safe" blue silicone. I've done that on gauges to keep the moisture out and it's been fine. "Sensor-safe" means it doesn't emit acid fumes that can corrode electronics.
