you may have to turn it around,the round part goes toward the cab.
Most of the time when it's too long is becaused it's streched.Common problem.
Also the radius of the rubber has to be in the corners.
Two guy's install and center window while you tighten bolts.
Leave closed untill rubber "sets".
Soapy water plastic bonow blade or credit card work well when installing rubber.
