Just had a look at the 230 in the 54 frame. The pan is around 1.75" short of the front cross-member and if it was extended it would still clear by around .5". So you could use the original front mount from the 230 on the 265 and either weld extended tabs to it or drill and weld in new supports in the right place on the cross-member. If you were a bit tight underneath you could use or make a thinner rubber mount - the existing one is around .575" thick, so you could reduce that and lift the engine about .25" if you had to.
