Dan the chrysler p/n is 2825622 and aftermarket # is C468C that is for 1967 and 1968 and you need two of these one for front brake circuit and one for rear brake circuit. If you want a picture of the booster filter under the seat let me know and I will take one. And sometimes they call this type of brake booster hydrovac unit
