Yes, the key to installing the keepers is grease...good tip. Lapping compound?......guess its too late for that now..haha Did lightly coat the valve stems as they were installed. Now to rebuild the carb, reinstall the manifolds, straighten out some wiring and give it a try ......How long is it safe to test run the motor without coolant?
The other 57 ? ......its done....just need to do the body and assemble...you want the job?...;^)
