I've used it a couple times within Canada, and have met some great guys in the trucking/shipping trade.
I had my civy carryall shipped from Alberta to Toronto, and my centered axle with some other large parts shipped from Saskatchewan to Toronto (different carriers each time). Both arrived on time with no issues.
I'd recommend it, but each experience will be different as you'd likely be dealing with different shippers/truckers/carriers everytime you use their service.
