Okay, here is what I can tell you to look for. Passenger side military doors shouldn't have a door lock hole. If your switching out the window hardware hopefully you have the originals on Johns truck(I guess this is what we're talking about).

The regulators "may" be the same. The L shaped are not correct for military, later Power Wagons used those even on one piece door glass trucks. You need the rectangle style that the arms raise like a person doing jumping jacks.

The lower glass channel is specific to only the 1941 1/2 ton militarys as it is longer. It is longer due to the attachment points for the metal that COMPLETELY surrounds the glass.

Your good on inner panel surround as the 39 -47 2wd's had that.
