Paul, I've done the headliners before. No fun, but not near as bad as the windshield frame was. The headliner will be going in this week. I made my entire interior from diamond plate aluminum, and actually the headliner goes in pretty easy. Kaegi, I pray that the adjustments don't take hours. I can see that it could in some cases...
