Hi Ron,
My 52 M37 had one of those winched butchered, I mean "installed" on the front. I ended up getting a correct winch and replacing the frame too. Gosh, what a hack job, cutting the frame all up and welding everything together. It was easier to walk away from the frame than to try to make it right. I hope the same guy didnt install yours!
