I consider the frame condition the most important item. Body parts (sheet metal) is available for rusted areas. If your planing on doing a power up grade, buying a M37 with a blown engine and tranny can cut the selling price. If your going to convert to 12 volt system, a hacked up 24 volt system is no issue.

I bought my M37 with a Badly Blown engine, no tranny or PTO and other faults. These faults made the selling price much cheaper and saved me tearing them out for my Power and other upgrades. So a lot depends on you plans for the M37.
